History Of ‘New Energy’ Invention Suppression Cases

This is the third version of my compilation of specific energy suppression cases. This time I decided to get serious. I thoroughly reviewed my own files and a few web sites pertaining to energy suppression. Deleted were some cases that didn’t appear to be authentic suppression. I also incorporated some thoughtful comments that had been emailed to me this last week. About three days ago, I received an amazingly timely phone call from Byron Wine in Virginia. For more than three decades he has been collecting energy information which he posts on his site byronwine.com. I included some of his very interesting material.

I think that Congress should write, introduce, and pass a bill titled, “Energy Inventor Protection and Energy Patent Declassification Act of 2007″. Included should be 24/7 protection of energy inventors by armed guards, and declassification of 4000 energy patents unfairly held in secret by the U.S. Patent Office. If energy journalist Dr. Eugene Mallove really was murdered by a pathetic pair of drug addicts, then that doesn’t count as an authentic suppression case. However, I remember reading that the very next day, Gene was to drive three hours to Washington to demonstrate a verified table-top energy device. I can’t find a reference. I would like to present his slaying as a “coincidence (?)”.

Note that during just in the last two months, there have been three incidents of energy inventors threatened with death by gun-toting thugs, possibly employed by the oil companies or large banks to squash competition.

Maybe not to worry, however. I and quite a few other energy researchers have still not been threatened to be “fitted with cement boots” or whatever. -Gary Vesperman Henderson, Nevada

The complete detail of alternative and free energy suppression is staggering and is by no means complete here.What should be of note about the following evidence we are about to present is that there is a higher connected contribution going on in the United States and others parliament aiding the suppression.

This is clearly shown in these records which detail written details and questions from the publics (Byron’s) letters, and their lack of response, reaction and or address on the alternative energy and energy suppression issues.

To date there has not been one politician that has drawn awareness or investigated this free energy suppression evidence and or answered.

Thus we cannot rely on letters to congress ALONE for total security. The public need to have their own public security regarding alternative energy technology as will be the case in the Panacea proposed granted research and development center.

Suppressed energy Information
The Washington Post, Washington Times, Richmond Times Dispatch, Potomac News, Manassas Journal Messenger and other print radio/TV media outlets will not inform you of this information. The post did respond to another letter. After you read the following information, do you wonder why they won’t inform you? To further illustrate how information is suppressed, during September 2004, email was sent to 119 Talk show host. Neglecting automatic responses, one host responded. When I responded to that host, no response.

During 2004-2005 I sent more than 600 email and letters concerning energy Information. Most people did not respond including my Members of Congress. Several email/letters were to local Washington, D.C.Radio/TV stations; WTOP, WMAL, WJLA , NBC and WTTG Need further proof that information is suppressed?  See this web site document.

You might find the 1980 letter, near the bottom, to an inventor from the (U.S). Commissioner of Patents interesting. The letter prevents the inventor from proceeding with his invention on security grounds. Mr. Arthur Stopes, III, does not agree with the letter at the bottom of the page, his comments are here.

In the late 50’s, I met a retired Florida college physics professor, he had a patent for a device to run an engine on water, The government had classified his patent and this prevented him from developing his device. For a suggested workaround for the patent issue see.

So you think we have an energy problem?
No, we have a political problem.

I want to relate to you some facts concerning various suppressed energy devices and the difficulty in informing the public of these devices. I hope that you can add some additional information. Here are some additional web sites addressing these issues.

On October 1, 1990, I began to keep a list of people contacted concerning energy devices. The list is now 51 pages long (The list is no longer updated.). The list includes Past President Clinton and vice-president. 121 Members of Congress and other politicians. 21 government and state agencies. 215 members of the print and electronic media. 62 environmental groups. The President of United Auto Workers and 14 other UAW officials. The President of the American Automobile Association. A recent correspondence exchange with AAA is here.). Many members of the clergy, including Mr. Pat Robertson and Christian Science Monitor. Numerous other “public interest” groups. Most of the people contacted do not respond to communications.

My then Congressman, Representative Frank Wolf, will not respond to a letter and 182 pages of documentation that I put in his hand on August 25, 1993. I wonder just who he does respond to? Could it be that money talks? My current congressman, Tom Davis, also will not respond to my last letter. Mr. Davis was evidently too busy chairing the congressional baseball investigation to be concerned with energy issues. Donna Wade has written a letter that should be sent to all “representatives”.

This site, http://www.politics1.com/, list political candidates for office and major media for a particular state. So far, candidates for federal office, except for sitting members of congress, and where possible, also media in 26 states were contacted. Approximately 25 federal candidates and only 2 media responded. Does this tell you anything? If you want to know the affect oil has on the world, I suggest you read “The Prize” (ISBN 0-671-79932-0)

Note: In several of the following references information is followed by a (?) symbol, or a statement that the original material was stolen from me in 1986. This is because in those cases I am working from very poor copies of the original material. In 1986, I was visited by an intern reporter for the Washington Times who wanted to take my material back to the paper to make copies. What he did was steal my material and take it back to college with him. Had it not been for an Editor at the Washington Times and the Dean at this intern’s school, I would have lost a lot of my collection of energy material.

Do I believe there is a conspiracy of silence concerning decades old and current energy technology? Yes, I have experienced this for more than 25-years. Here is the information. Please verify for yourself.

1. Some folks at Shell Oil Co. wrote “Fuel Economy of the Gasoline Engine” (ISBN 0-470-99132-1); it was published by John Wiley & Sons, New York, in 1977. On page 42 Shell Oil quotes the President of General Motors, he, in 1929, predicted 80 MPG by 1939. Between pages 221 and 223 Shell writes of their achievements: 49.73 MPG around 1939; 149.95 MPG with a 1947 Studebaker in 1949; 244.35 MPG with a 1959 Fiat 600 in 1968; 376.59 MPG with a 1959 Opel in 1973. The Library of Congress (LOC), in September 1990, did not have a copy of this book. It was missing from the files. I bought my copy from Maryland Book Exchange around 1980 after a professor informed me that it was used as an engineering text at the University of West Virginia.

VPI published a paper, March 1979, concerning maximum achievable fuel economy. This paper has several charts illustrating achievable and impossible fuel economy. About 1980 I contacted the author concerning conflicts between the paper and documented achieved “impossible” mpg. The author said, “I will get back to you.”. I am still waiting for his response.

2. The book “Secrets of the 200 MPG Carburetor” is by Allan Wallace and was available, about 198(?), from Premier Distributing, 1775 Broadway, NY, NY, 10019. Page 18 has photocopies of three 1936 tests by the Ford Motor Co. (Canada) of the Pogue carburetor, U.S. Patent # 2,026,798). The worst case test achieved about 171 MP(US)G. I can not provide any other publishing information because the book is among the material stolen from me in 1986. My copy of page 18 is very poor.] (3/08/04. I am grateful to Lee Winslett for a copy of this book and the article from Colliers.)

Collier’s magazine, in 1929, published an article “300 Miles to the gallon. The 300-MPG statement is attributed to the president of General Motors.

3. Argosy Magazine, August 1977, has a five-page article (Text copy here.) about Tom Ogle and the media witnessed test of the “Oglemobile”. Tom Ogle, on that test run, achieved more than 100 MPG in a 4,600 pound 1970 Ford Galaxie. When I attempted to find a copy of that Argosy Magazine, it was missing from LOC files in 1980. Argosy ceased publication, I was informed, a short time after the Ogle article was published. I could not find a copy of that Argosy issue at any library within 200 miles of my home. An Editor at the company that purchased Argosy found and mailed a copy to me. While attempting to verify statements in the article, I spoke with Doug Lenzini (SP?) with the EL Paso Times. Mr. Lenzini informed me that he knew Tom Ogle, and the Oglemobile achieved more than 200 MPG. When I contacted the El Paso NBC affiliate that filmed the test run described in the Argosy article, I was informed that the person who had filmed the test had left the station and taken all the records with him.]

A. The Ogle U.S. Patent, #4,177,779, has this statement

“I have been able to obtain extremely high gas mileages with the system of the present invention installed on a V-8 engine of a conventional 1971 American made automobile. In fact, mileage rates in excess of one hundred miles per gallon have been achieved with the present invention.” According to the Argosy article, a Shell Oil Co. representative asked Ogle what he would do if someone offered him $25 Million for the system. Ogle responded “I would not be interested” He later said, “I’ve always wanted to be rich, and I suspect I will be when this system gets into distribution. But I’m not going to have my system bought up and put on the shelf. I’m going to see this thing through - that I promise.”

According to an article in The Washington Post Parade Magazine, March 4, 1984, Tom Ogle died of a drug and alcohol overdose in 1981. Other articles concerning Tom Ogle can be found in the El Paso Journal, January 16, 1980, and also, The Hamilton Spectator, June 24, 1978.

B. The Oglemobile, in simplification, ran on fumes extracted from a heated tank in the trunk (See the Ogle patent.) A very simple method of extracting gasoline fumes is described in a book, published in 1900, “Gas Engine Construction”. This book was reprinted by Lindsay in 1986, ISBN 0-917914-46-5.

4. There are many U.S. Patents granted for vaporizing gasoline. Some are: NASA Patent 3,640,256, General Electric Co. Patent 3,926,150, Robinson Patent 4,003,969, Harpman Patent 4,023,538, Butler Patent 4,068,638 and Totten Patent 4,106,457. Pete, “The Tree Man”, was researching the Fish carburetor while staying in my home during the early 80’s. He later sent me a 6 page list with more than 240 U.S. Patent numbers for vaporizing gasoline, other fuels and water. Another patent, 5,782,225 has a different approach. The patent owner was put in prison while trying to develop his device; he moved to China for manufacturing, the story is here.

5. During the mid 70’s, physicist Don Novak traveled all over the U.S. lecturing and teaching in his seminars how to achieve 100 MPG. He also testified, October 15, 1979, before a Wichita, KS, Congressional Committee on “Reinventing the Automobile”. I have known Don for many years. Once he brought to my home, in the late 70’s, two carburetors; one got more than 200 MPG and the other more than 100 MPG. I contacted a local politician, who lives in my town, and was on the Virginia Energy Subcommittee. I tried to have this politician meet Don and see the carburetors. The politician was not interested.

Chevron Oil, 1986, offers to purchase large quantities of carburetors from a manufacturer. A West Virginia man, in 1990, achieves 58 mpg with an 8 cylinder 1968 Chrysler that used to get 12 mpg.

6. In the London, England, Daily Telegraph, 10/20/83, on page 9, there is an advertisement for a production Peugeot Diesel that gets 52.3 MPG in urban driving. The model 205 Diesel gets 72 mpg at 56 mph. In the Washington Post, 9/19/83, page 37(?) is the 1983 U.S. EPA fuel economy list of various vehicles. The Peugeot USA models get between 21 and 27 MPG. The Washington Times, 8/9/91, published an article, “Gas saving engines hit streets in fall.”. This article is about two engines, the Mitsubishi MVV engine, and the Honda VTEC-E. According to the company spokesmen, the Mitsubishi will get up to 50 MPG; the Honda, up to 88 MPG. I visited a local Honda dealer and got a brochure on the production automobile with the VTEC-E engine, the specified MPG, as I recall, was 53 MPG. I know of no produced Honda that gets 88 MPG. I have no information on the production Mitsubishi MVV engine.

I wonder if there is something that happens to fuel economy when an automobile is transported to the USA. Is it possible that these engines “un-tweak” themselves during transit? In 2002 an English newspaper article reported a 104-mpg Toyota and 94-mpg VW/Audi vehicles. In 2003 another English newspaper tested a 75-mpg Toyota diesel. Do you wonder why these vehicles are not available in the USA? You might ask your Member of Congress for an explanation.

7. The U.S. Government supported (Grant No. DTNH22-91-Z-06014) a study of automobile fuel economy by the National Academy of Sciences. This study, “Automotive Fuel Economy–How Far Should We Go?” (ISBN 0-309-04530-4), was used by the staff of my then Congressman George Allen, to refute documentation proving that an automobile had exceeded 376 MPG. Nowhere in this “fuel economy study” is there any reference to the work of Shell Oil Co. or any other reference that could refute the conclusion of this report. The report concluded, Page 4, a subcompact car might achieve between 39 and 44 MPG by model year 2006. This is a difficult position to defend since Peugeot, in 1983, advertised a 72-mpg vehicle.

Many committee meetings were held from May 15, 1991 to December 14, 1991, prior to the April 1992 publication of this report. Prior to publication of this report, I previously sent documentation to several participants of these meetings. The documentation proved that automobile fuel economies of between 49 and 376 MPG were achieved. None of the participants responded to my letters. Documentation was sent to: Jerry R. Curry, Administrator, National Highway Safety Administration, on 3/16/91; Senator Richard H. Bryan, on 3/7/91; Congressman Philip R. Sharp, on 2/18/91; Steve Plotkin, Office of Technology Assessment, U.S. Congress, on 4/4/91; Charles Mendler, Energy Conservation Collation, on 11/2/90; Fred Smith, Competitive Enterprise Institute, on 4/16/91; Brian O’Neill, Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, on 10/31/93; Clarence Ditlow, Executive Director, Center for Auto Safety, on 1/6/92.

Previous documentation was also sent to members of organizations participating in these meetings, they are: John Koenig, Product planning Manager, Toyota Motor Co., on 3/18/91; Peter Clausen, Union of Concerned Scientist, on 10/28/90; John Morrill, American Council for Energy Efficiency, on 10/4/90. None of these people responded to my letters. I know that at least one of my letters was received. The Union of Concerned Scientist keeps asking me to financially support their organization.

8. An article “Automakers Move Toward New Generation Of Greener Vehicles” was published in “Chemical & Engineering News”, August 1, 1994. This article is about “The Partnership for a New Generation of Vehicles”, a partnership between the U.S. Government and the auto industry that has a goal of an 80 MPG automobile by 2002. In 1992 a government-funded study concluded that a subcompact car might get between 39 and 44 MPG by model year 2006 (See #7 above). In 1994 the goal is 80 MPG by 2002. ( Toyota and VW/Audi exceeded this goal in 2002.) Is it possible that someone read the Shell Oil book? Or could someone have actually read my February 13, 1992 letter, and 95 pages of documentation, sent to then Candidate Clinton. I wrote, September 8, 1994, to Deborah L. Illman, the author of the article, and to the editor, Michael Heylin of Chemical & Engineering News, on September 11, 1994 . No response was received from them. On September 11, 1994, I also wrote to Mary L. Good, Under Secretary for Technology, (USA) Department of Commerce. I received a response from Ms. Good. It was an undated, unaddressed, form letter. I guess the fact that a vehicle could get 376 MPG or burn water for fuel would not be a politically correct finding. How could someone explain to the American people that it was necessary to send more than 600,000 of our citizens to the Mid-east to defend oil wells if this information was public knowledge?

9. Hybrid Diesel/Electric automobiles (A Diesel/Electric locomotive uses the same principle.) The Manassas Journal Messenger, April 4, 1981, has an article about a MG sports car converted by San Diego State University. The car gets 110 MPG. The Steven R. Reed Automobile Manufacturing Corp., Newport Beach, CA, issued a press release dated February 14, 1983. This release announces the February 23, 1983 showing of the 200-MPG, two-passenger, II Millennium Cruiser at the Ambassador Hotel. The press release also states that the company will file “…a major class-action lawsuit involving a considerable number of giant American corporations within the automotive and petroleum industries, plus numerous branches and agencies of the U.S. Government responsible for regulating these companies.” Don Novak informed me that when none of the major news media attended the Millennium show, the company drove the car to CBS Television, Los Angeles, and parked it on the lawn. No one came out of the building to inspect the car. Don also stated that the president of the Steven R. Reed Corp. has been in hiding for some years.

10. Mother Earth News, November/December 1977, has an article “Can This Transmission Really Double Your Car’s Mileage?”. This article is about a Ford Granada modified by Vincent Carman of Portland, Oregon. In simplification, Mr. Carman removed the transmission and drive shaft from the car and bolted a hydraulic motor to the differential. He then bolted a hydraulic pump to the engine to pressurize a storage tank. The storage tank is also pressurized when the car brakes or slows down. The article states that the U.S. Post Office is interested in a whole fleet of vehicles using this principle. In 1990, after reading an article in “Federal Times”, I contacted Mr. Robert St.Francis, U.S. Postal Service, who was searching for alternative fuels for use by the Post Office. Mr. St.Francis said that he had never heard of Mr. Carman. I wrote two letters, October 18 & 21, 1990, to Mr. St.Francis concerning Mr. Carman’s vehicle. I received no response. Another article in Mother Earth News, March/April 1976,8(?), titled “This Car Travels 75 Miles on a Single Gallon Of Gas”, is about a project by the Minneapolis Minnesota’s Hennepin Vocational Technical Center that converted a Volkswagen to a system similar to that of Mr. Carman. The idea for the conversion came from a 1920 magazine article. The car, with a Bradley GT body and a 16 horsepower Tecumseh engine (The original VW engine was too powerful), achieved more than 75 MPG at 70 MPH. Could we combine the technology of Tom Ogle, 200 MPG, and the hydraulic drive cars and have a 400 MPG 4,600 pound car? On a recent Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) web site, they write of achievements and patents concerning a hydraulic drive truck. This site does not mention the more than 28-year old achievements of others.

11. The St. Paul Pioneer News, August 22, 1990, has an article about a group that 11 years previously modified a Dodge half-ton pickup furnished by a local dealer. This modified truck got more than 35 MPG. Test stopped on this modification when a member of the group was told that he would receive a pair of cement boots if testing continued.

12. Hydrogen fuel. There are many U.S. and foreign patents for extracting hydrogen and oxygen gasses from water for use as a fuel. Some Patents are: July 2, 1935, Garrett, # 2,006,676; April 3, 1945, Klein, # 2,373,032; February 25, 1975, Chambrin, French Patent Request # 75 06619; July 6, 1976, Papineau, # 3,967,589 (This is a patent for an electrical power generator that burns water); 1976, Horvath, # 3,980,053. This statement is on the Horvath patent, “This invention relates to internal combustion engines. More particularly it is concerned with a fuel supply apparatus by means of which an internal combustion engine can be run on a fuel comprised of hydrogen and oxygen gasses generated on demand by electrolysis of water”.; June 28, 1983, Meyer, # 4,389,981. Mr. Meyer has at least eight other patents relating to hydrogen and oxygen gasses extracted from water for fuel. Awake magazine 4/6/1980 has two small articles concerning Hydrogen fuel for aircraft. According to one article an optimistic date for this use is 1985.

A. Popular Science, about 1978,9(?), published an article “Hydrogen bus- could also heat its own garage”. This article is about the work of Dr. Helmut Buchner of Mercedes-Benz. He is quoted “We are ready now. We could save our city of Stuttgart over one million gallons of petroleum fuel a year by converting its fleet of 300 urban busses to run on hydrogen. Heating–and air conditioning–would be free spin-offs, consuming no extra energy.”

B. Popular Science, March 1978(?), published an article “Hydrogen -demonstrates fuel of the future”. This article is about the work of Dr. Billings, Billings Energy Corp., Provo, Utah. and others. The article states that a home, all the appliances, and vehicles, can be run on hydrogen. Dr. Billings converted a Cadillac Seville for duel fuel use. This Cadillac, burning hydrogen, was in President Carter’s inaugural parade. I had a photograph of Dr. Billings drinking the exhaust, water, from one of his engines.

C. A Japanese inventor, with more than 2000 prior patents, plans to run automobile engine on water. A Gulf Oil advertisement in Discover magazine, Feb.19??, concerning Hydrogen fuel. Note the statements concerning Hydrogen energy content by Gulf oil in the advertisement and an article in the same magazine issue. Ballard Power Systems has demonstrated Hydrogen fuel cell technology for vehicles since 1997. Patents for decomposing water into hydrogen and oxygen for use as fuel are not new. See the Boisen Patent 1,380,183 granted in 1921 and a 106-year old patent for another process to extract fuel gas from water. A search for Aquafuel will list many sites for processes to extract fuel from water.

D. Do you remember the NASA 1998 Moon probe that was looking for water? The plan was to separate some water into oxygen and hydrogen. The hydrogen would be used as fuel. Yet in 2004, the government is developing a fuel cell that will extract hydrogen from diesel fuel carried by navy ships. Does this make any sense when the ship is floating in a mixture of 66% hydrogen? Why not use the method that NASA was going to use to extract hydrogen from Moon water? You might ask your Member of Congress for an explanation. My members of Congress will not respond.

E. A company, AEC Technology, has developed a process to extract hydrogen from water that requires no input of power. This company has partnered with UTC Fuel Cell that will use this process to run devices. One device, per the web site, will have a reciprocating engine, similar to the one in your car, generating electricity for your home. UTC Fuel Cell has furnished fuel cells to NASA since the 60’s.

F. Approximately ten years ago, I received a video tape from a company in Florida making Aquafuel. This tape, among other things, shows 3 people in a closed room breathing the exhaust from a generator burning Aquafuel. This site, www.gasgouging.com/video/aquafuel_0001.wmv, has a copy. A recent google search for Aquafuel returned 812 “hits”.

13. Completely sealed reciprocating engines. I visited the patent office years ago, when they still had the open stacks of “shoe boxes”. While there, I read the application files for the Papp patent, #3,670,494. Papp applied for a patent on his engine, and the patent office, after consultation with the old Atomic Energy Commission, refused to give him a patent because his device could not possibly work. Papp responded with test results, photographs and depositions from, I think, 16 people. Papp said that maybe the patent office didn’t know how his device worked, and that they also didn’t know how the atomic bomb worked, but used it anyway. This statement is on his patent “…

2. To provide a two-cycle reciprocating engine which does not use fuel intake valves or exhaust valves, does not require an air supply and does not emit gasses.

3. To provide a precharged engine of the character stated in item 2 capable of generating power for a period of from 2,000 to over 10,000 hours continuously or until mechanical breakdown without the addition of fuel injection of air or discharge of gasses…”

a. Papp has a similar Patent 4,428,193 granted in 1984.
b. Britt, August 31, 1976, has a patent, # 3,977,191, for a similar sealed engine. In the patent application file, Britt accuses the Patent Office of deliberately delaying his application to give a major manufacturer time to file on top of him.

14. Permanent Magnet Motor. Howard Johnson was granted U.S. Patent # 4,151,431, for a motor that is powered only by permanent magnets. An interesting thing about the first page of this patent is the chart of a magnetic field VS electromechanical coupling.

The chart is from U.S. Patent # 4,151,432 which has nothing to do with the Johnson patent. Science and Mechanics, Spring 1980, published an article “Amazing Magnet-Powered Motor” about the Johnson patent. The article tells of his difficulties in having the device patented. The patent problem was solved when Johnson took working models of his device to the patent office. The magazine Science 83, May, published an article ridiculing perpetual motion machines, one of them was the Johnson motor.

The Science article purports to quote from the prior Science and Mechanics article about Johnson. Because had both articles, I compared them, then called the author of the Science 83 article. When I stated that the information that he quoted was not in the prior article, he hung up saying “I will not be interrogated by you.”. The editor of Science 83 also declined to speak with me. Others have informed me that there is three other permanent magnet motor patents.

A Japanese electrical generator, driven by a magnet assisted motor, has an efficiency of more than 300%. An Australian company, Lutec, offers to build to your specifications, an electric generator also more than 300% efficient. Do you think the electric power companies would be happy if these devices were common knowledge?

15. The Moray device. Tom Moray, in the late 20s, had a device that could sit on a kitchen table and produce 50,000 Watts of power from a field that surrounds the earth. The operation of this device was endorsed by many people. Moray’s son, John, after the only copy of his father’s book was stolen, wrote a book “The Sea of Energy in which the Earth Floats“.

Tom Bearden, with others, obtained U.S. Patent 6,362,718 for an Electric generator with no moving parts. Michael Faraday’s findings, in 1831, do not agree with current school teachings concerning generation of electricity. He found it is not necessary to rotate a magnet or wire against the other to generate electricity.

16. The Energy Machine of Joe Newman. I have spoken with Joe many times over several years. Schuyler, a former Commissioner of the U.S. Patent Office, to advise the Court. The findings of the Special Master were that Mr. Newman had invented a machine that had more output than input. The Court refused to accept the findings. I urge you to read this 471-page book. This machine is not “bogus” as stated by others. On February 5, 1996, I was one of several hundred people, in Mobile, AL, to see the Newman Energy Machine in operation. The machine was pumping water while running a power meter, similar to the one on your house, backwards.

It is virtually unknown to the general public and to the majority of the mainstream scientific faculties is that there exist a non thermal energy field which can be effectively tapped to produce useful work.

Humanitarian engineer Nikola Tesla refered to this field as “ether or Aether” as did many others before him. Nikola Tesla is regarded as one of the first inventors to build devices which could tap this field as an energy source.

The existence of this field has since been proven

The public have had the problem of getting access to information on these particular energy transformation devices which produce a COP of +1 (Co efficiency of performance) since the time of Nikola Tesla (1800’s).

Again the various factors responsible for this include the inventors business incompetence,(For example Meyers, Paul Pantone) an inability to get the science validated by the mainstream faculties,the faculties ignorance of the medium and their un willingness to investigate,(for example Steron, Lutec), and energy cartel suppression (too many examples to list here).

All these conditions have contributed to the prevention of the most important element, which is consumer demand and AWARENESS of these energy systems. Theses technologies in question use energy transformation principles which are not yet established through PARTICULAR VALIDATION.

Thus the public do not demand them are not aware of them, it is easy for the faculties to disregard them, funding is not allocated to them and of cause it is easy for energy cartels to suppress them.

There is a considerable number of engineers who have pilot scaled devices available for public dissemination. These engineers have the capacity to produce commercial units. If these engineers had a third party independent accredited faculty VALIDATE that these energy transformation principles thus are REAL, then the whole of the world not only be watching but DEMANDING, (consumer awareness and demand). This thwarts any SUPPRESSION, attracts sponsorship, consumer demand and creates the MOMENTUM NEEDED.

With respect to the inventors and future engineers, the technology is bigger then them. It comes down to being diligent, as of 2008 they have not managed it to its capacity. What is needed is a NEUTRAL VALIDATION ZONE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION. Not people asking for “X” amount of money to show the world what is possible. A physical location is required where in the publics eye, systems can be disclosed and validated. Only by this disclosure can CONSUMER AWARENESS AND DEMAND CAN BE EFFECTIVE.

The faculties education can get advanced, sponsors can some in, however the main thing is it will be impossible to suppress and stop millions of people in the world from demanding a system once a third party independent REPLICATION AND VALIDATION has been done.

The non profit organization has this solution already planed to create social reform but needs grants to persue it. This solution is presented in Panacea’s proposed granted research and development center.

The non profit organization is also involved in research and development of devices which can produce a COP of more then one and intends to open source these devices via public demos to faculties, press, potential sponsors but mainly to the PUBLIC. Once these devices are VALIDATED independently and able to be replicated, (open source plans), social reform and dissemination must follow.

An inventor working with Panacea can participate and still protect their intellectual property, even with an accredited third party faculty publishing an independent validation.

With out this stratagem, despite the Panacea web site covering an alarming list of inventors with available alternative energy technology there is still currently as of 2008 no public access to any of this technology.

Panacea has shown that this is due to the inventors busines incompetnence, their strategy of public dissemination through the mainstream scientific faculties and due to suppression both overtly and covertly. Can an inventor with this alternative energy technology otherwise bring their product to the market in this current cartel influenced climate?

Is there any cartel based influence in existence NOW who would lose from the public usage of technology invented and pursued by past inventors like Stan Meyer, Yull Brown, Harold Puharich and Gene Mallove to name a few? All these individuals and have been ‘removed’ along with MANY others.

And are still being removed.

Although there is the public nature of the internet today, it does not necessarily make it difficult for people and inventions to disappear or be suppressed in other ways. Proprietary inventors can still protect ther intellectual property by allowing for an independent validation. A Public disclosure allows for the present internet communities R and D engineer (Panacea has over 400 registered) to study and replicate the technology plus keep it in public knowledge.There are many of these devices in existance to day listed on our R and D page.

There is still no resourced support or majority public awareness of this technology at the faculty level. There is also no social reform and regulation at the federal level committing grants and security into harbouring the manufacture of this suppressed alternative energy technology.

The current mandated laws do not prevent a corporate cartel based influence from making or creating difficult economical or political conditions to suppress this environmentally sound technology and further harbour their own profit motives.

5% is a lousy savings in fuel in my opinion! Home made hydrogen boosters do far better than that! Despite Bios Fuel having a 100% water engine, now they are trying to sell a 50% mix, a desperate move and distortion of their original product which can eliminate fossil fuels all together.

Have they have done a deal with the oil companies?
The facts are that there are many U.S. Patents that have been granted in the last few years to “over unity” or zero point technology devices, which in turn enable green free energy alternatives to fossil fuels.

And there is still no faculty in existence providing support, public access, security or education of this technology.Currently the only public awareness, security and access to this technology is via the open sourced engineers. The proprietary inventors are not allowing any third parties to participate in dissemination.

This leaves not only the open source enginers but proprietary inventors consistently subjected to cartel suppression and have to endure additional philosophical prejudice from mainstream academia.As stated eariler this is is due to their (faculty) ignorance of the [ZPE]medium and lack of experience in the ZPE field.

This lack of public awareness also contributes to further subject the engineers to a burden of having to contribute their own financial resources towards the essential public education and disclosure of the technology.

The Bios fuel example illustrates that although like Meyers and many other water car inventors who have attempted a commercial route to secure this technology, they the cartels still have the capacity to prevent the technology from surfacing. And can do so on a confidential basis, anonymously (or with financial connected patrons). The quote states ‘ We are unable to bring the water technology may take some time to get to market due to the current economic and political situation’ Who creates these conditions, who’s Job is it to address this industrial espionage?

You the free energy inventor who along with the public, which this empirical evidence is addressed at,cannot bring your product to the market in a conventional manner. The technology has political and economic conditions imposed from the cartels. Fear plays a big part in these proprietary inventors’ lives. Recently a non open sourced alternative energy engineer enquired to Panacea about the following.

To which Panacea answered, the answer is simple, he can simply license and release his technology publicly for its faculty proof of principle. To do this and further get it distributed and manufactured safely can happen only one way.

A none profit organiazation research and development centre must provide faculty facilities in the public eye and must be erected to provide security, awareness and prevention of the social, economic and political conditions.

Once certain devices are taken to the media with the right presentation (direction of the centre, etc), and the suppression script (the list is beyond a joke now) is put into the public eye, justification for grants will then be established and will come in by the public, others and philanthropic groups who are there to address hardship.

The proposed granted Panacea research and development centre will create social reform, as the PUBLIC will know WHY it is there, and WHAT goes on there. The center is there to study, advanced education, test and manufacture technology which carries a suppression element to it.

Therefore, they the spurious cartels will incriminate themselves if they attempt any interference as the center will funciton in the public eye.

Not to mention Puharich, etc. They certainly believed that if all THREE! were out of the picture; the water fuel issue would sink beneath the waves.

But what is the next step?

The reason for the creation of the Panacea centre is to secure this knowledge into a faculty sector towards giving it public security and access.Also to consolidate the open sourced engineers with safety, equipment, resources and grants to progress. They did not seem to pass the outside technical evaluation that their system was subjected to; and even if that was a ‘ringer’, they were too paranoid to have it countered by azn alternative independent investigation.

Black light power - the evidence presented by the insider Paul LaViolette shows that with out the Panaceas centers facilities the external forces do not need much to act out their suppression tactics.

There has always this uniform repetition through history which displays an obvious MESS, some times a BLOODY MESS. Meyers, Grey, (and more recently, Pantone) all may have been charged for fraud during their efforts; even though it wasn’t fraud over the technology itself.

Most had devices that WORKED, but they sold dealerships, stock and licenses, and then moved technology from companies which people had put money into to other companies that only they owned, all in their paranoid efforts to “keep control” of their inventions. Selling dealerships when you haven’t got a product yet, nor any means of manufacturing it on a commensurate scale, is considered fraud, as is selling interests in the same body of securities or intellectual properties to multiple investors at the same time.

To allow the fate of this technology to be left in corporate hands enables the select few unsustainable business men to decide who gets to be the “elite” and Who gets the ‘power’. The public will be left out. In fact it is a psychosis, where they the corporate world have loss of contact with external reality. And simply act out their own motives of SELF INTEREST, as being more important than the whole of humanities well being. This self interest psychosis must be treated humanely.

Even if a person has an intension to advance humanity by ‘free energy’ technology, he/she still has the subconscious programming (and cartel based suppression present) to be governed to make money before hand (to many exmaples to list). Current mandated laws which are still in existence today and ignored towards helping the regulation of this tech, provide no security. The elite would still be putting their families and themselves at risk by letting the public use this technology.

Recently the Steorn company announced that they have a free energy device. This of cause violates the CURRENT laws of physics, or should we say upgrades them?. Steorn’s device can end the corporate subjugation of the oil companies. In an interview a representative of Steorn confirmed the same conditions present mentioned by Bios fuel.

On this Sky new report a member of Steorn stated “We get daily emails stating that some one is going to come around and beat us up, certain people involved in the project were told to watch their back”.

Due to these social and political conditions Steorn are currently attempting to release their technology in an unorthodox way.

This is not as objective as the release of technology can be. The technology must be disclosed with the suppression element asociated with it to create the needed social reform.

The Steorn company have been forced to offer develop kits to 50 individuals in the hope of this being a way to ensure their technolgy cannot be suppressed. Nothing had come of this. Steorn also had been forced to deliberately apply for patents individually on the elements that make up their system.

Steorn intends to license its technology to organizations within the energy sector. It will allow use of its technology royalty-free for certain purposes including water and rural electrification projects in Third World countries.

Patents filed by Steorn could also encounter the skepticism of various patent offices, which will not grant patents for “perpetual motion” machines. So Steorn has not patented their core technology. Rather, they have filed a sequence of patents which describe various aspects of the technology but not its overall effects. One such patent suggests an arrangement of magnets and a magnetic shield on a linear slide to act as a low-energy actuator switch turning the magnetic fields on and off.

This has been done in the hope of helping to prevent their claims being rejected on the grounds of ‘perpetual motion’, as the US patent offices automatically reject any such claim. This policy in the patent office doesn’t allow for devices that are able to produce perpetual motion, who does this conveniently benefit financially?.

Why wouldn’t the policy in the patent office read “if the case of ‘perpetual motion’ was stated on the patent, this must be tangibly demonstrated to the patent examinees, the patent office will then accept such a claim to be real upon vigorous examination’. Why?

There is an old saying ‘follow the money’. If you check Steorn’s web site, you will see that they appear to WANT everyone to reproduce their device themselves, and sell also to sell them in whatever way appeals. They WANT other people to innovate it, adapt it and use it in ways they never thought of.

Irish company Steorn made headlines around the world when it took out a full page advert in The Economist claiming to have developed a device that produced “free energy”.Throughout early July, the company planned to display the device to the public for the first time. - Source

The conditons that Steon were put under at the demo allowed their demonstration to function under capacity. This resulted in them failing to show the device.

The American military then recruited him to work for them after the war, later they seized his free energy documents based on implosion and sent him home where he died only days later.

Today there is publicly disclosed testimonial evidence against the corporate governed American military, which was stated by the disclosure project to the world press club in 2001. This suppressed energy technology can provide the public with green free energy. This deliberate corporate subjugation against the publics children has been going on the whole time whilst we think the American corporate controlled military are protecting us by spreading depleted uranium in Iraq, rendering the land useless, poisoning children and their own troops. Grants by public awareness is needed to support this research at the faculty level, as the corporations will not, so far mainstream scientific circles have no acceptance or investigation of this field, and the public are not aware to the extent of the science involved.

One only needs to look at the annual Tesla Tech conferences past 6+ year disclosures of technology, and the additional energy conferences disclosures profiled on the panacea web site to reason why an independent faculty division is needed. The centre is needed to consolidate all the education and technology and protect it from spurious corporate cartel interests, plus elevate it with further public awareness and grant support.

There is no other way to ensure and protect the technology or keep it safe in public hands, of the numerous examples that prove this reasoning, Meyer’s water car technology although patented working and operating never surfaced as he was killed the report stated Meyers died by “unknown” food poisoning.

The same happened to EVGRAY who like Stan Meyers is documented through media disclosures, Ed’s technology demonstrated motor vehicle technology which utilized radiant energy or cold current electricity which ran and recharged its own batteries.

Yet why have you the public never heard of it?

EVGray could not bring his technology to the public as he was shot and killed. Whom are the cartels to loose from this situation if not suppressed?, These cartels must be accountable to this subjugation of our children, they must be prosecuted by the public. Petitions and a granted centre is a realistic address towards this goal.

Today It remains an educated subtly conditioned myth that alternative energy to fossil fuels does not exist and is not suppressed from the public’s knowledge.

Free energy technology will never become protected and or into the right full ownership of the public if it is submitted and perused by the inventor through a corporate backed financial means.

Ed Gray never learnt his history lesson from Tesla or Schauberger, which is that when dealing with the nature of this technology in the current system you must educate the public of past and present suppression and give your knowledge by a gratis or open sourced.

Norman Wootan has also had his fair share of suppression and threats along with his associate Joel McClain when they discovered that a magnetic resonance amplifier is capable of an over-unity energy transformation. The electrical output of their prototype was up to 256 times the original electrical input.

Norm and Joel made a point of publicizing their invention as widely as possible via the Internet to forestall any possible suppression. Since then, they have authored articles on the magnetic resonance amplifier in Electrifying Times, Extraordinary Science, and New Energy News. These articles are still left unknown and not recognised by conventional scientific circles.

A personal friend of Newt Gingrich became very interested in the MRA and arranged for the Physics Department of Georgia Institute of Technology to experiment with it.The MRA tests results showed that they were able to increase the gain so that the output is 18 times the input. Since they could not explain this according to conventional physics, they made the mistake by refusing to publish their results for fear of losing the respect and esteem of their peers.

An individual named Gingrich had been following the MRA with keen interest, when his friend told him of the problem with Georgia Tech, Gingrich arranged for federal funding of Georgia Tech programs to be cut off. Panacea has spoken directly to Norm the co inventor, when asked what happened to his patent application and what is the current stats to the MRA,

Norm said Quote:As a result of NSA getting involved with the MRA Patent process (which was awaiting granting) it was and is still in “pending status” neither granting nor rejecting. Gathering dust in a file drawer in the Patent Office. That is the whole truth about he MRA. It works and does produce more energy out vs the input. I purposely went “underground” and did not make any comments on the MRA for years. The MRA works exactly as we presented it and was replicated by several engineers who were on the same “sheet of music” and got the same results that we observed. Gregg Hodawanak, famed for his work on “gravity wave” detection and a retired engineer from RCA Corp also got successful results.

I wrote several articles for New Energy News about his mini MRA research. It works but “forces” intervened and did the “poisoned pill” report on the internet. All interest died among the masses and a lot of web sites “purged” all references to the MRA from their archives. I was a member and strong supporter of Hal Fox’s New Energy and Fusion Facts but you cannot find any reference to the MRA on the Padrack web site among the “Free Energy” Researchers. Dr. Robert Bass, a very fine electrodynamicist of exceptional knowledge, experience, and ability wrote the patent for them, and assisted in their work. For that he was persecuted, unjustly attacked, and suffered financial difficulties.

The “system” does not forgive highly qualified scientists who take a serious interest in “perpetual motion machines” — as permissible Maxwellian open dissipative systems are erroneously and derogatorily labeled by the orthodox scientific community. Any scientist violating that inquisition suffers the consequences.

After technical discussions back and forth, the Patent Office even notified Wooten and McLain that the patent had been accepted and the patent would be issued. Within days, to their consternation the patent was rejected and that was the end of that. -End Quote

This is further evidence that the current laws, corporate climate and approach by alternative energy inventors is counter productive towards the task of providing alternative free energy technology into public knowledge.

Tom Valone of the non profit organisation integrity research disclosed further proof of this with his evidence of the suppression of the focus fusion technology by Erick learner from Princeton university.

Ericks technology was in direct competition against the multinational 10 billion dollar ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) proposed international Tokomak (magnetic confinement fusion).

Erick’s worked on a series of experiments with the aid of loss Alamos grants, NASA grants and the university of Texas professors. Each time he was able to achieve through 3 different measurement techniques a higher energy output via a proton boron process. Tom described at a Tesla technology conference that if your a physicist, you laugh at the Tokomak, as its simply a toy, an experimental investigation of plasmas. Any physicists game enough to go on record regarding the facts of Focus Fusion technology compared to the Tokomak will not be able to refute the fact that the Tokomak for decades has never been predicted to produce electricity.

And further that the Focus Fusion is a proven superior and cheaper design to the Tokomak. Also in his plan he describes a 5 year plan to development compared to 10 years in France ITER project, which will give time for the remaining oil to be sold.

Focus Fusion has discovered an interesting alternative energy breakthrough. Instead of receiving accolades and congratulations from the Los Alamos Laboratory, they were ordered to recant their discovery. Simply because that discovery interfered with the giant Tokomaks being built by the government, costing billions of dollars and over 50 years in construction. The main stream media either knowingly or unknowingly has also played a role of providing disinformation and suppression of this related alternative free energy technology. In particular is myth busters either directly or indirectly take on John Bedini’s free energy system. By Myth Busters’ poor replication attempt, it provided the disinformation which distracts public awareness of such systems.

If Myth Busters approached John I think they might learn some real science.Whether in fact they are directly responsible by an innocent mistake the facts remain that Dr Lindermen has already show cased and explained Bendi’s devices, John has recently provided a tangable demonstration on the documentary series Energy From The Vacuum.

A school girl also replicated Bedini’s technology (which says alot about Myth Busters) and won first prize in her science fair competition.She built the motor all by herself, she took all the first place ribbons plus a special award in science, the device she built was under instruction from John, used a nine volt battery and ran the whole time the science fair was on for 5 days when they stopped it. John Bedini has had his fair share of suppression experiences, details of this are contained on the Panacea web site.

These self-proclaimed “myth busters” should themselves be busted off television for incredibly bad science, and for assisting the oil companies to increase their iron grip on everyone. The bad Abbott and Costello pair performed narrow minded, non-scientific testing on what they labeled as “free energy.” This is also known as “zero point energy.” In a recent episode which aired on 2/20/05, they built their own incarnations (read that as “abortions”) of well known devices. These devices were the heat driven wheel and the Bedini machine. As one would expect, the charlatans at “Myth Busters” did some VERY bad replications of both of these devices. Their first feeble minded attempt to replicate the Bedini machine. In NO WAY did it remotely resemble what John Bedini had designed and built.

A Bedini machine uses control circuits, massive coils and back-EMF to charge a battery which powers the machine. An “expert” was on hand from a local university to *help* them build it. Oscilloscopes, ammeters or voltmeters were not visible. No adjustments or measurements were even attempted. They just turned it on, watched it for a few seconds as the battery ran down, declared it myth and began to ridicule free energy technology.

Construction techniques used were a disaster. A motor driven cam operating a micro switch was controlling AUTOMOTIVE ENGINE STARTING RELAYS. One would be fortunate to make these power relays operate at 5 times/second. It is physically impossible for these relays to function any faster. Auto starting relays themselves require up to 12 watts of power themselves. There are far more efficient solid state switching devices to accomplish this. Fast switching is required to create a sufficient number of back-EMF pulses to recharge the battery.

This episode looked like a scene from a redneck trade-school. The close-ups of the constructed device clearly showed no working knowledge of magnetic, as the small thick coils did not even contain an iron core. Only at shortwave radio frequencies will a coil of wire not require an iron core. The Bedini machine used massive iron or steel cores in its construction according to photos of it that were online for years. Construction of the device used on the show, had almost no resemblance to the machine John Bedini had built. But of course, the “Myth Busters” know how to build everything.-end Quote

The patent office has its own role in this controversy, once example is present by the experience of the late DR Adams of new Zealand, regarding his attempts to patent his free energy invention.

The late Dr Adams has like many others confirmed refused patent experiences, but that in most cases, their inventions are classified under the “Military Use Clause”, which is, of course, international. This results in nothing more than the harboring of security towards the benefits of energy cartels.

Inventors are prohibited from publishing details of their devices or promoting them in any manner of their invention which is classified under this clause. In other words, their devices automatically become the sole property of the “establishment”. Very convenient for cartels.

The conditions in the patent office allow the military to monitor the contribution and decide for them self’s if they need or want to adapt it and then can from their implanted law silence or threaten the inventor.

We have a joint collaboration here of the military and corporate agendas benefiting from the patent offices aid in the suppression of knowledge that is needed to save our planet.

Tom Valone is a former patent examiner who was fired a few years ago from the patent office and recently won a lawsuit against the US Patent Office, Tom was awarded reinstatement and six years of back pay.

In a 2001 email to Gary Vesperman, Valone wrote in part: Quote-”As a former Patent Examiner, I can tell you that the number of “securitized” patents in the vault at the Patent Office (Park 5 Bldg.) is closer to 4000 or more. They never receive a patent number, and the inventor is rarely, if ever, compensated by the government for use of the invention.” The U.S. Patent Office has a nine-member committee that screens patents for national security implications. A hidden purpose of this committee is to also screen energy-related patents which could threaten the power and fossil fuel companies, -End Quote

The US Patent Office has patents “protected” for “National Security reasons” if this is the excuse to keep the technology under wraps, then what is the excuse for the patents of all those inventors (worldwide) refused and who suddenly disappear, die, or were simply brought out?, is the patent office service really up too scratch and needs no scrutiny?

would not need public intervention and reform for security against such spurious influence?

There is more that enough tangible proof of unanswered questions relating to the patent office regarding suppression of free energy technology. Particularly in the case of Joseph Newman. Newman’s case is solid proof of 18 years of suppression.

Fortunately for Newman unlike other free energy inventors he wasn’t killed they did however suppress him by another way, Newman’s device has been validated and believed by experts but this public expert testimony has been refused.

People at NASA could not refute his theories and agreed with what he was saying, and they were fully aware that his technology would allow NASA rockets to fly with out fuel, however after Newman’s meeting with them NASA was not interested in Newman’s technology.

Further Newman called one of the premier instrumentation firms in the world, he requested that engineers be sent to his home to make sure the testing equipment he had purchased from that company was working properly.

Two engineers then tested the equipment and Newman device, both were electrical engineers with 50 years experience between them, one had a masters degree from MIT.

After testing the Newman device for 5 hours, one of the engineers called the channel 4 news station who had been monitoring Newman’s developments , he stated that the machine is simply incredible, it does exactly as the inventor claims.

He then offered a letter and the test results plus he and his partner agreed to an interview, how ever the next day company representatives called the WWL news station to say there would be no letter no interviews and the companies name should no be used. Shortly after that the two engineers asked the news station not to use their names for fear of being fired.

For 18 years poor naive Newman never understood a thing about his potential enemies of this technology, the price to pay from this reality began to unfold for him in 1967 when he sent his 130 page thesis to every major governmental department in the united states, the response was either non existent or negative for years. But in the late 1970’s that appeared to change , in 1976 a senator, requested funding for the project, later an astronaut approved Newman’s theory and recommended it to NASA.

Shortly there after in 1979, DR Robert smith PHD NASA’s chief of space and environments wrote, ‘because of your theory several laws of physics may have to be re examined’. Additionally one of the men involved in the atomic bomb project wrote, your project will lead to developments that would be beneficial to all mankind, how very creative of him to say.

Newman hasn’t yet learnt his lesson from the nature of this technology, that is if you do not offer it for public knowledge, it will never succeed in the corporate world, the actuality is that the corporate hegemony against access of this technology to the public will remain consistent for reasons which should be obvious to the inventor.

Corporations will continue to spuriously contain the public, the granted not for profit organisation’s centre can reform this with alt energy and hemp production, this needs to be started by the public lobbying support towards this issue at the federal leval via the resource the panacea web site has provided.

Still to this day Newman refuses to let private industry have the technology until a patent is issued, however obtaining a patent since the 80’s have proved to be impossible, a very convenient situation by cartels to keep the technology from the public.Becoming open sourced in Panacea’s non profit research and development centre is the only objective way to develop this technology.

Newman’s records showed from as far back as December 1981 he called the patent office and was told they don’t want to talk to him, Newman then protested to his congressman, as a result a meeting between the patent officers and the inventor was arranged in Washington. On Jan 6 1982, Newman received a letter that stated his patent has been totally denied and that a hidden energy device was suspected and that a scheduled meeting on January 27 is to be held. Never the less at which time the examiner told Mr. Newman , I don’t think ill ever be able to give you a patent, no matter what evidence you present to me!

The reason given by the patent examiners was that what Newman claimed was impossible, despite the evidence from testing on march 13 after more protest from the inventor another meeting was convened. This time he was told there was no hidden energy device responsible and that they actually believed the machine worked but now they feel his technical description is inadequate.

Newman asked the patent examiner ’so you agree that the energy out is greater than the energy in’ the examiner replied ..’ Mr. Newman you said that it does we looked at the facts and we believe you’ no patent was given. Mr. Newman then protested to the patent offices board of appeal as a result a meeting was then set for September 1982 , incredibly at that meeting Joe Newman was told that the technical description of his device is now adequate but they said we now think that the device is now not operable.

These people are amateurs (the shadow government) as you can see, in his own words Newman states at the meeting they gave him 2 minutes to explain his 18 years of research. I have to laugh personally how amateurish these people are. 36 people with legal back rounds have signed documents to the validity of the device, the most important endorsement came from William Schuler the former head of the patent office, he was appointed by a federal judge to decide if Newman’s device did or did not work.

Mr. Schuler who is also considered to be an expert in electrical engineering and did not take long to make his decision, he stated on record that the evidence before the court is over whelming that Newman has in act built and tested a prototype of his invention in which the out put energy exceeds the external input energy, and that there is no longer contradictory evidence.

He then went on to say on record that therefore the patent offices claims that such a machine is impossible are clearly erroneous. He also stated that the patent office INTENTIONALLY did not consider the formalities of Mr. Newman’s application for patent.

Newman and his lawyer took this to a court hearing in expectation of what they thought would grant the patent, the judge threw it back to the patent office for a 90 days study during which time he would decide if a trial was needed.

A the trial a news person asked the representative of the patent office why he wouldn’t go along with the former head of the patent office who has credentials that the judge called out standing and why he wouldn’t go along with the granting of a patent, the question was avoided by the representative and the interviewee was told to address it to someone else.

Like the evidence against the American corporate controlled military suggests in the Disclosure Project, it’s not just the patent office who should decide what the publics best interest is.

Who are behind these decisions and can lose financially by this technology? The fact matters that public intervention must now investigate and take measures to prevent further opportunity to thwart the technology. Panacea is currently the only out let to acquire public support to address this.

These conditions need to be addressed from the public sector, our curriculum also needs to lean away from creating a consensus reality which is couched into the role of to blindly follow the most popular, the most financially charismatic, or powerful.

This mentality can only lead towards the convenience of the people which feed them the consumer mentality of “As long as it doesn’t affect my lifestyle (needs) and my little corner of the world, why should I care?”

However, when life changes, they begin to complain; if it changes enough, they get desperate, inventors get killed, scientist gets killed. The media subtly conditions a herd mentality to benefit the corporate world.

Panacea has done over 4 years of research into suppressed energy field. Present conditions show, that releasing the technology of this nature to a “select corporate few encourages a disposition to exercise an unjust dominance over humanity. It simply creates another class separation of those who have this technology over those who do not.

There are certain individuals in existance today who have working patented technology which can free us from fossil fuels and who are still alive. But they choose not to tell the public how to reproduce it, thus money will always be their priority and loyalty, not the publics well being.

The past demonstrates that when an individual tries to succeed by the elite’s conditions present in the patent office and under the current mandated laws, which are still ignored towards regulation of this Tech. The elite would still be putting their families and themselves at risk by letting the public use this technology.

The current mandated laws do not prevent a corporate cartel based influence from making or creating economical or political conditions to suppress this environmentally sound technology and harbour their own profit motives.

What to Do if the “Men-in-Black” Pay You a Visit

You’ll notice that the above list is composed of private interests, not an alphabet soup of federal intelligence agencies. There is good reason to believe that none of the “agents” who harass, coerce, or intimidate FE/OU inventors are real feds, no matter what government agency they claim to represent. Here’s what to do (within the limits of your personal safety) should you be visited by these “Men-in-Black”:

1. Stay Calm. They arent really from the government, and cannot arrest you, take your property, or audit your taxes. They are about as “official” as your lawn care guy or pool cleaner.

2. Demand Identification. Carefully examine their credentials, and call the local office of whatever agency they are supposed to be from, to verify their authenticity. Find the number for this agency yourself, not one from the business card of the person you’re attempting to check out.

3. Defend Yourself. Any property they attempt to take, is illegal theft. Do not permit it, as they have no legitimate authority to do so, and no warrant.

4. Detain Imposters. When their credentials fail to check out, detain them and examine any belongings on their person or in their vehicle.

5. Interrogate. Using any level of force necessary, interrogate them to learn their true employer, objectives, and anything they know about their organization and who is behind it.

6. CALL THE POLICE. Summon the legitimate local law enforcement, and the local news media,simultaneously. Hopefully, they will be arrested on the evening news.

7. Prosecute. Swear out an affidavit for the local U.S. District Attorney, to press federal felony criminal charges for the impersonation of federal agents. See that the same news media cover this follow-up, to encourage the D.A. to push ahead with the case. If they wont, demand to know why.
